Got number after a week... sort of what should convo be about?

ok, here's the deal guys...

i went to chicago with a buddy and his gf a week ago. his gf brought one of her friends. we seemed to hit it off pretty well. i tried my best to be c/f and i applied kino for the day or so we were there.

when we got back home i said to her "why dont you give me your email so we can keep in touch?" (she was going back to college an hour a way). anyway, she was pretty enthusiastic except for the fact that i had no pen. so, she said that she would give it to her friend who would give it to my friend. well, my friend and his gf have been on the outs and i just got her phone number today, not the email, through the friend network....i know, not good.

do you think she'll think im a freak if i call her up since SHE didnt actually give it to me? her friend esentially gave it to me.

what should the convo consist of? should i siimply make references to the trip to reestablish rapport with her?

how should i make it clear that im interested? how's: "hey, when are you coming back into town? well we should definitley get together then."?

What I normally do is open up to a women by talking about owls and opposums and stuff. Then after a bit of kino and heavy eye contact I can get her talking about endangered species and sh*t.

Since the advice you've recieved from your fellow DJ's seems VERY AFCish and VERY stupid (seeing that they do not know the answer), i think it's about time I give some real advice.

No, dont worry, she won't think you're a freak, Just tell her you asked for her e-mail and that her friends didnt have it... Seriously, she'll probably end up feeling more nervous than you... you sound a tad like me... if your the type that cant think of anything to say, then write down a list of topics your gonna talk about with her before you call...

Ask her how was her week, and blabber on about college and stuff.. i dunno.. dont talk too much though... you'll run outa things to say... and yeh, good idea, make refferences to the trip to re-establish rapport with her.

Overrall, dont worry mate, try looking at it from her point of view... WHY would she care (unless you're a real looser/gimp/dork/etc..) but you seem like a nice guy, so she wouldnt.. take it easy bro
