"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Although ive been trying since last year, i got only one plate and only since recently. I had couple ons apart from that.

I've gone through a lot of frustration and **** dates. Id never say women are THIS status/money/look oriented before i started using tinder and reading more about hypergamy etc.

I am at the point where rejection doesnt hurt anymore. Once got kicked out of house for kissing poorly. That was probably lie, i likely looked worse than on pics and had weak clothes so her ***** went dry in no time.

It pissed me off so hard, she wouldnt have balls to pull this off if she wouldnt have infinite dating pool on tinder full of men above her smv.

Then ive been rejected on couple other dates, actually that was before. Culprit was my clothing i believe, sometimes my haircut. Sonetimes my lack of escalating.

Often ive been rejected for living with parents but thats uunderstandable i think.

The worst probably was when chick goes on 3+ dates with you then ghosts you or loses interest. You developed emotions and so did she, but after a while she found someone better.

Also couple times dated girl living too far.

Actually my plate lives over 1h from me so itits not heaven yet.

I think for logistics it would be best to move to some popular city centre. So close distance to a lot of chicks

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
