"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I am in highschool, however, i feel like i can use the help of the more experienced DJ's around here.

Anyway, we we've been going out for a few months. Recently i came back after being away for 6 weeks and at first it was kind a weird. However, after about a week it's starting to feel good again and we started making out and being a little touchy but this is as far as we have been.

Before i went away and we hung out alone for our first time, i'd thought we'd make out alot and maybe other stuff..INSTEAD in was awkward and we didn't even kiss untill we got to a friends hbouse w/ opther people there.

She, i admit, is one who loves attention. Howeever, i want to start advancing the relationshio and get some BJ's, and maybe finger her a bit...it's just not going to happend when were in our friends living room and 10 of our friends are 20 feet away.

Yeah, we can hang out alone..but it'd feel awkward for us both. How do you suggest i go about this stuff. Thanks

Sorry, i'm a little intoxicated right now if this doesnt make much sense

thanks in advance

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I'm no expert dj here, but if you are awkward yourself about being alone with her, you really have to get your mind in check. I think you need to tame your emotions and take control, make a move on her. You are a man, and she is a woman - you shouldn't feel awkward about it.

You are probably sitting there all awkward, which makes her feel awkward, and the whole time she is probably thinking, "Do something, dude! Take me!"

no i should add..when we were alone I did not feel awkward. HOWEVER, i felt that she felt awkward which is what made me feel kinda upset and started me awkward. Maybe the keeps is making her feel fine b/c i DID be4 she showed me she felt awkward.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

But guy...That's has the same effect as you initially feeling akward. :)

If she's akward, it does not mean that you have to be akward. Make a move when you are alone! Show her that she should WANT to be with you! How do you do that? Show her that she is desirable to you when you are alone.

Part of it is probably the vibe of desperation that you are giving off, and she is detecting, even if only subconsciously. You have to approach the situation with the attitude of "I can, but I won't" - not, "please, please, I'm desperate."

Setting up the situation is your job as the man. Plan as much as you can, but never let her know that anything is planned. Get her alone in a way that seems like an accident. Then steal her frame - tease her about her wanting you. Tell her that you don't want her to think you're too easy, etc. When you start to get physical, remember that with women it is all about anticipation. David Deagelo uses the phrase "1 step forward, 2 steps back." Rub her body all over, except for her tits, ass, and crotch. If you do this correctly and tease her long enough, she will be rubing her tits against you and humping your leg - your cue to slowly and gradually take things to the next level.
