using my experince in setting up and dealing with offshore accounts/merchants, this is as fake as fake gets.

Take a look at the offshore merchant accounts page.

They hold back 85% of revenue the first month.

That is obsured and almost impossible for anyone to run a business, with vitraully NO revenue coming in, even though you are making sales.

the normal holdback rate is around 10-15% for offshore accounts.. 20% is too high.

What else.. let's see.. his servers are in Las Vagas, not offshore.

His site has no disclaimer whatsoever.

All he did was setup a website and charged people for stuff that is free on Forums and in articles thoughout the internet.
