“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

If I know what you're talking about then they're the little red pimple-like bumps on your upper arms. I had those too and they bugged the hell out of me. Then I started noticing them on lots of people so I felt better. Anyway I was finally able to get rid of them a couple weeks ago and they're still gone for the most part. It'll probably take a week or two of doing this but this is what I did: In the morning in the shower I would put soap on my upper arms and then firmly scrub the skin with my fingernails (hard enough for there to be some resistance but not hard enough to leave a mark). Then I would thoroughly rinse my arms to make sure all the soap was off. Then at night I simply put some moisturizing lotion on my upper arms. I found out that less is more, if you put too much then the skin seems to be unable to breathe and the bumps will stay. I don't know if all of those things are necessary, I just know that that's what I've been doing and somehow the bumps have gone away. Oh and I'm still doing that, I"m assuming they'll come back if I stop. Good luck.

difficult to understand from your description only,
but I had something like this on my wrists and it turned out to be an allergy . Never had some other one.
So, you just might check with your doc.

what helped me is using a physical sunscreen (as opposed to chemical), which I go from body shop. There are many other manufactures, too. It works by blocking/reflecting the UV-rays on top of the skin. No big deal.

Im from santa cruz , bolivia. Its summer right now and its hot as hell. But winter´s coming though I guess these goosebumps have something to do with the humidity because its humid as fvck over here. I asked a dermatologist what those bumps were and he told me they were from the sun and told me not to worry about, I feel better cause Ive seen them on lots of other people too.
