“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

The muscles just left and right of your abs.

I have worked my abs a fair bit, and have a nice 6 pack, I just dont have much on my obliques. Is there any exercise that particularly works the obliques?

I suppose optimally, I would get into my schoole weight room, which has a 'chair' that you can lean past horizontal backwards on, but I cant get in regularly. Otherwise I wouldnt even need to ask this question.

I do, however, have a set of dumbells, and the ability to go all the way up to 85lbs a dumbell.

Any suggestions?

There are a lot of unanswered questions/conflicting theories about how you really define your abs and cut the fat away. I just treat them like any other muscle, that's what they are. If I were to take a guess I'd say that burning stomach muscle is best achieved when your goal is to lower your BF % overall. How often do you see someone with ripped legs but big love handles?

YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT

I REALLY want someone to actually LISTEN to some of these posts.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

obliques will grow doing squats, and deadlifts. they are a stabaliser so they will grow doing these exercises.

no one wants love handles remember in a form of muscle, unless your primary goal is strength and not aesthetics, so in my opinion they will recieve optimal growth from squats/deads.

Why do you want to work your obliques? They reduce your V-shape and get hit a lot doing squats and deadlifts.

I have a well defined V shape, and building up obliques makes your abs stand out.

They reduce your V shape because they build up your torso, which is counter productive to getting a good V shape.

The V shape isnt all gals are into, most of the gals I talk to perfer well defined abs. I work out for myself, but hey might as well make myself as marketable as I can, no?

Well, i dont agree with you my friend. Without taking anything away from you... you are only 17... it is possible that your torso looks too think because your "V" shape is not very "V" at all.
You can train the sh*t out of your obliques.. and it should not take any focus of your lat "V" shape at all. I have seen dudes with enourmous backs.. their "V" shape is virtually a "Y" shape, because their lats virtually leave their back at right angles.. freaky stuff... obliques should not take any emphesis away from your lats... unless.. you dont actually have lats. I have also seen dudes, that have guts and love handles, and their backs are still great...

Tip... if you train obliques with weight... dont...

Fireman's walk with two HEAVY kit bags.

Squats

Dumbell side bends

Heavy squat bar standing position, twist round two one side then the other. Practice with an unloaded bar first. Now I'm telling you. YOU must control the bar, no momentum or you will damage yourself.

Overhead presses with anything heavy (dinasaur training).

Alot of this stuff is deemed too risky noadays, but look at the obliques on oldy worldy strong men.

The V thing, well if you are doing weighted chin with an extra 60lbs you will have a V.

If you focus too much on a thin waist, you may end up with a weak core ie lower back and stabalising abs that could lead to injury in itself.

I know that. If we went by that fact (comparing ourselves to body builders), none of us would ever be satisfied with our bodies, no?

I am 17, and happy with my definition of a V shape. Sure, it could be better, but there are weaker parts of my body I need to find how to train before I begin worrying why I dont look like a 250lbs body builder. My obliques are one of those areas.

Thanks for the advice everyone :)

To me that would look very strange.. and i still cant imagine how this could happen.... anyways..... by using weight obviously makes the muscle grow bigger... PERSONALLY i dont use any weight for any mid-section work... i dont need to.. just a good non-weight ab workout and eat right. but thats just me.
