If you are looking for a good song that will pump you up and get you in the frame of "i don't care what anyone thinks or says" listen to Metallica's "So What" :)

Its real good! The lyrics are somewhat hilarious and the tune is energizing.

Interesting, when I read your thread title, I also thought of Metallica.

"Escape" is the song that came to mind:

Feel no pain, but my life ain't easy
I know I'm my best friend
No one cares, but I'm so much stronger
I'll fight until the end
To escape from the true false world
Undamaged destiny
Can't get caught in the endless circle
Ring of stupidity

[chorus:]
Out for my own, out to be free
One with my mind, they just can't see
No need to hear things that they say
Life's for my own to live my own way

Rape my mind and destroy my feelings
Don't tell me what to do
I don't care now, 'cause I'm on my side
And I can see through you
Feed my brain with your so called standards
Who says that I ain't right
Break away from your common fashion
See through your blurry sight

[chorus:]

See them try to bring the hammer down
No damn chains can hold me to the ground

Life's for my own to live my own way

Another great "I don't care" song is "I Won't Lie Down" by Face to Face... that one song has helped me persevere through so much sh!t.

How about "Whatever" by Godsmack or even the simple lyrics of "Smack My B1tch Up" by Prodigy?

Runnin With The Devil by Van Halen always puts me in that type of mood. Actually most Van Halen songs in the Roth era allow me to be more care free, and I love it.

Actually guys I've made a pretty cool discovery this week regarding this.

Listen to slower songs that relax you. You'll feel comfortable. No hard crazy shyt that will make you wanna jump someone.

I thought we were looking for songs that would put you into the "I don't care" mindset and pump you up? Now if those types of songs make you want to jump someone, you have some other issues to deal with beyond girl problems. ;)

I was gonna start a similar topic, about songs that get you on mack mode. lately I havent been downloading songs since I got a laptop cause the speakers are so weak, and its not as fun anymore IMO. some songs that get me on mack mode are: crystal method- name of the game, 50 cent- in da club, just a lil bit, outta control etc daft punk- something about us( the first 1:20 minutes has this kinda funk sound thats cool as fvck, but the lyrics are super afc, but you'll be fine as long as you dont believe the lyrics)also shaggy- in the summertime.any thing prodigy especially the songs- diesel power, funky ****, smack my b1tch up(prodigy is the best to get you on macking mode) and then a bunch of songs from 3 6 mafia, dr. dre. nate dogg, snoop, biggie, korn, ac/dc, guns n roses, and a bunch of songs in spanish that you probably dont know. oh and funk is da sh1t for getting on macking mode, why do you think they but funk music in movies whenever some badass is walking all alpha n sh1t.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm not a big rap listener, but the songs that do it for me are mostly rap...

Kid Rock - Cowboy
Lil Boosie and Webbie - Bad *****
Lil Jon - What U Gon Do
Big Tymers - Get Your Roll On
Gucci Mane - Icy
Youngbloodz - Presidential
Snoop Dogg - Drop It Like It's Hot
Skindred - Nobody
Shooter Jennings - Busted in Baylor County
Lil Rob - Nasty Girl
Des-ROW featuring Tsuboi for Alpha - Daikenkai (long version)

These are all pulled off the workout playlist on my iPod - music that pumps me up is good for lifting to :p
