Can anyone recommend a good part time job that will have me meeting/around alot of girls. Keep in mind im a student in college so it has to be a part time job

I would definitely go for something in retail, possibly where you earn a commission, because it forces you to interact with people and learn how to socialize and small talk without the pressure of attraction.
I work at GNC and its a great way to have to interact with people, and there are some hot, fit girls that come in for supplements.

Campus job -- hopefully something like reception or desk work. Lots of honeys, easy work.
