I'm looking for a really active health & fitness forum that has at least a contingent of people who are serious and know what they are doing. I don't want those unhealthy, deyhydrating, muscle mass @ all costs bodybuilding forums although. Even though they are popular, they are unhealthy and I am not looking to get the bodybuilder physique. Basically something like this one but with a far bigger userbase.
