Any tips for this, like when i first meet a girl what should i say and if the conversation gos stale what should i say
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

there are so many different lines, techniques, and routines you could use...but since your starting out I suggest talking about the surroundings you are in, while adding some c&f, and a little neg hitting. I usually just go up to a chick and say "hey sweetie whats your name"

what you need is to find out one of her hobbies and discuss that. Listen to her with interest and she will like you more as you show her respect.

"Hey" is my foolproof favorite.

And "I did a search" also works really well. I think you should try out the second one a little more.
