Just looking for some good cheap supplements that I can find at my local chemist/supermarket. I've been slacking on fruit and veg recently and i can feel it through a reduced libido, suggesting I'm not getting enough zinc, magnesium and potassium. What can I get to naturally bolster my vitamins and get the juices flowing again?

Not sure if you're doing your basic supplements: high potency multi, EFAs (fish oils), anti-oxidants, etc.
For libido I'm a fan of high dose tribulus. I personally use the ultimate nutrition stuff when coming off cycle. 4-6 caps a day. Works reasonably well for me.
Cost-co has some good prices on decent quality fish oils and greens products if you're interested.

I went down to my local supermarket, and got some zinc pills + multivitamins and minerals. Getting 150% of my RDA of zinc sure is having a profound effetc though! In the evening I bought them, I could literally feel testosterone pumping through me and i felt really aggressive. My libido has rocketed too. I really recommend it.
