Effort, I can't view any posts on the intensemuscle forums. And since i don't post there, there is no reason for me to be banned either. Is the forum still up?

Definitely stay away from bodybuilding.com like the guys have said. There are some good posters there but far too much junk.

I agree with bodybuilding forum. That place is just filled with 15 yearold teenagers and tons of trolls.
