This girl, my age is cute...not the most popular girl. As I'm not the most popular guy so far that seems accurate. Its been 1 weeks since homecoming and I didnt' go. Not for really any HUGE reason besides the fact I didnt' wanna go. Anywho, the girl has a shyness that is indescribable. Have you guys ever known a cute girl who just seems to be resilient but you can tell she likes you to an extent? Thats how it is with me and her. One problem at mind here is the fact that she had a date to homecoming who goes to another school. Is it ok to try and "lure" her my way if its possible?

One last question, you guys got any advice on cracking the ice in terms of holdin a convo with a shy girl?

Here's an analogy...(more)

Imagine a shy girl as a treasure chest with a big block of ice around it, and your conversation with her as a chisel and a hammer. In order to finally get to the treasure, you have to use your chisel and hammer a whole lot to finally get to the treasure. Basically, what I'm saying is that you need to keep talking to her until she opens up. It may take some time, but it's worth it.

How about...no.

Absolutely opposite of what you should be telling him.

I'll give you an analogy:

Imagine yourself as a treasure chest, it is clearly not frozen; but it only opens up for a certain few -- much like the story of Excalibur (King Arthur's Sword).

This shy girl is failing to open up your treasure chest, she has the ability to, but she has never even tried to open it -- she doubts her own power.

You relish in your power, but you have your own doubts (obviously) and have convinced yourself that this girl is of some value to you.

You are the prize to be won.

You need to learn to be more confident of yourself, and beleive in yourself. Then you will learn you should scoff at shy girls.

You are the fcvking man. If shes to scared to try and get some, hahahahaha, forget her man!

simply put: base the conversation around her

you need her to feel comfortable around you and then if she has anythin to say shell open up

the best way ( or what i usually do for openers) is to find somethin that u have in common, you talk a little let her go on about it for 10 minutes after that shes yours for the taking (being that she is attracted to you)
