"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hey all. I'm gonna start that bootcamp finally. I tried it but stopped because it is very hard to talk to girls I don't know...

Just hope you guys can support me.

Just some background information:
I'm 21, never been in a relationship, but I did lose my virginity to a prostitute. I'm not proud of it, but I was desperate. I've always been a kind of loner, so I don't have much friends or anything.

I know my looks need some serious work:

But apparently looks aren't that important, right? So while working on that I will be working on approaching girls... I don't know what to say to them, but I'll give everything a shot.

There is just so much information in there, that I don't know WHAT to start with.

I'm gonna try to follow the bootcamp as close as possible, but since I have always been kind of rebellious I will alter it to whatever suits me.

There's apparently a LAIR down here in Miami, but all the guys are so much ahead of me that I'm scared to even join and hold them back... who would even want to sarge with me? I wouldn't, at least not until I can get better at this.

I know this is just a skill that needs to be improved, so watch me become REALLY GOOD!

Wish me luck guys.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm glad you're trying the bootcamp. Finally, a newbie who comes to sosuave and actually uses its resources by reading the DJ Bible and trying the bootcamp instead of just starting inane threads about IM conversations. I'll definitely support you. Bootcamp is tough and it is understandable that you are afraid. But before you start, make sure you are mentally ready. Reread the bible, set out a strict plan of what you intend to do. Take a few more days to prepare if you have to. Bootcamp is very serious and very difficult. Most people don't even get to the second week.

By the way, looks are important, but they aren't everything. You should do some research on whatever you can do to look your best.

Don't be scared! remember that you're doing this to improve yourself and your life. Stop being afraid of girls. Don't put yourself at a level below them. You are superior, men are superior just remember that. Stop thinking of them as if they were queens.

Good luck!

Good luck, dude. I personally know how difficult the boot camp can be...

You'll have to take it very seriously, though. You can really hurt yourself and your self image if you flunk the boot camp.
