I had mild/moderate acne to start with... I would get one bad-ass pimple once a month that would leave a mark. My derm prescribed it (accutane) cuz I had previous scars and he was concered that it would only get worse (as far as scarring goes). My skin looks much better now. I have been on 80mg a day. Second month has started for me and I hope it will fix the issue after the treatment is over. My face is a little red but like matt said, its better than having acne. BTW I started at 80 and will remain on that mg for the next 5 months.
