“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

GOMAD(Gallon of Milk A Day)

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

It'll definitely add weight to you. Not the best option for most people though.

acne, acid reflux, diarrhea and hemorrhoids. I knew I was lactose intolerant, so I drank lactaid milk too. wasn't the best option for me; maybe it will be for you.

I did half gomad and gained real quick. Any more milk than that and I'd be a fart machine.

Stick to Cottage Cheese and PB, unless you happen to live on a dairy farm and have no access to other protein sources I wouldn't advise GOMAD, whilst you should drink a lot of bed. Before bed, because milk is full of Casein protein, which are essential and slow working, good for long anabolic periods such as sleep. That's why one takes Whey post workout and Casein pre bed. There are much easier sources of protein and Rippetoe really only suggests GOMAD in the absence of other decent protein sources. Assuming you're here wanting to attract ladies ( And not to become a powerlifter ) you want to bulk fairly clean so that you have to do the minimal amount of cutting required, and not look like **** whilst on bulk. So stick to chicken, beef, fish, offal, venison, whey, cottage cheese and peanut butter, avoid excessive fat ( Such as in 4 litres of milk ), mabye drink 500Ml of Milk before bed to get the vasein, but otherwise I don't advise GOMAD.

If you don't care about what you look like and only about strength, then GOMAD is an easy way to get your protein a day, however I presume that you care a lot about how you look ( Women aren't interested in your 140Kg Squat ) so avoid GOMAD it's only for powerlifters.

I too was in a similiar situation to yourself, I was thin and I wanted to bulk up, I bulked fairly dirty due to lack of access to clean bulk foods, i'm certainly bigger and I look better in clothes but the defenition is pretty poor, additionally my BMI will soon enter the 'overweight' category, I cut in March next year, until then I shall bulk ( albeit using cleaner foods ).

I thought maybe I could replace this with Soya Milk? as that has more protein than milk and less fat...?
I also do bodyweight exercises only, chin-ups, wide grip declined pushups, dips and bent over rows for my upper body. Hanging knee raises, sit-ups and crunches for my lower body. Theres the switch to dumbell exercises every month also I just find it hard to eat 6+ times a day with the protein needed.

No. Soya milk increases your estrogen, which is female hormone. So if you want boobs and fat around your hips, sure, drink and eat soya, GOMAD is only useful for people who don't care about looking like ****, if you're having trouble getting your daily protein, supplement your intake with some Whey, which can be added to most foods or taken raw.

Remember don't neglect your legs, if you have a barbell start doing front squats. If you don't, try some pistol squats, it should be noted that ATG back squats are also one of the greatest excercises in developing one's abdomen.

Soy increases one's estrogen levels, so it's a no-no. Gennerally plant proteins are less absorbable than animal proteins, so try to avoid them, red meat also increases test levels, which is of course useful.

Protein supplements are quite expensive and they always give me diarrhea after mixing it with milk, I can't mix it with water because they taste disgusting with water. I can only mix it with Soya and I think it tastes great with Soya but after what you said about estrogen levels...

Hmm.... They are expensive, but Kg/£ they are the cheapest source out there, short of baked beans and spam. You've just got to make that initial investment of 50£ to buy a big tub of it. If you can't mix it with milk, mabye you have a lactose intolerance? But then, why would you be asking about GOMAD, you would **** your lungs out if you tried that with a lactose intolerance....

It may have been the case that the Whey you were consuming ( I presume it was whey ) was a concentrate as opposed to an isolate, isolates are higher quality and don't contain the lactose of concentrates, so try isolates and see if that helps.

If you don't want to mix it with milk or water you can mix it with your food, or mix it with a fruit smoothie ( get some of dat dere five a day ).

I think that the supplement that you used was just bad quality, try some other supplements ( Isolates VS Concentrates ) and see how that turns out, short of that just switch to other protein sources; Tuna, beans, pulses, spam, other wonderful mystery meats, also offal is excellent and very cheap.

Like I said the problem with GOMAD is the massive amount of fat you'll gain for the relatively minimal protein.

Good luck chap.
