"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

So here in the UK its almost coming to the end of the summer.

I practice soccer with my team every wens and last week I missed a golden opportunity to secure a date with a very attractive English female (she was about 19-20 years old).

What happened was she was walking with her friends and as soon I went over to the field she came walking to my direction and walked right past me looking at me in the eye and saying to her friends "I am very fit" (saying I look very nice in other words).

However, I should have gone for her number, however I was a bit afraid if the other members which I do not trust would have spread malicious rumours about me to my family, relatives, social circle etc.

ANOTHER time last month I was waiting for the train and I walked past these 3 beautiful, stunning English girls in their early 20s and one of them looked at me and said something about "sex" looking at me. And another one of her friends was looking at me as we got off on the train.

I was shy to start a conversation with them. All of these females above were at least an inch taller than me.

The point is, I'm not the most handsome guy, I'm ok looking and I'm only 5ft 8. however, the gym and wearing shorts helped me here big time.

I'm going to be going to the park, shopping mall often and let's see if I can get myself in the same situations again.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
