"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

anyone go NC with success? we basically got into an epic blow up where we both hurt each other. then said she's done but then she says she needs a breather so she's wishy washy but it's understandable because our sh1t got waaaay too crazy. at first she was like I'm done then she flips too I need a breather..i guess that's believable because if she wanted to be done she would say she's done because she has before so she's not scared to say it. anyways I'm going NC but a part of me says she will contact me at some point in say within 30 days if i just leave her alone. I just can't fully see her never contacting me again even though we got fd up towards each other

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yes, it works provided you weren't a total AFC/beta during the relationship or after it ended. 2/3 girls I've dated for at least two months this year have tried reconnecting a few weeks to a few months after I dumped them.

It often works if there was a strong emotional conection and not tooo much damage has been done.

Clear your head, figure out where things went wrong, patch the holes in your game and if she comes back she comes back if not you'll have upgraded yourself for the next one.

Leave her alone full stop!!!! if she contacts you, then dont ignore but also dont make it look like life revolves round her...i didnt realise women actually thought this bollocks but apparently courteous replies to them at 9pm at night pedalstools them!! you should reply the next day if she tries to contact you at 9pm she should be low priority then she will "WONDER" what you were doing the night before

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

She flipped it to "I need a breather" to keep you on the hook in case the other options dont pan out. Thats a fact.

Blow ups only happen when one person isnt invested anymore and could care less if it continues. You never care less if it continues unless there is another option very handy. Thats a fact.

NC has always worked for me. I move on, dont get strung along, dont lose frame, etc. I have always moved right on and found 2-3 more new chicks and forget about the last one because they are for the most part all the same. This one isnt any different and there are always better ones to be had.

They always reach out and I always stand my ground.

"Hey stranger......how have you been? Maybe we can grab a drink and catch up?" ....ME: Hey! My current girls probably wouldnt like that. (Former GF sent that to me a month after I ghosted her)

"I have been thinking alot about you. How have you been".....ME: Never been better. I hope things are good on your end. Gotta run. See you in 2 weeks. (Ex wife sent that to me 2 weeks before our divorce hearing)

"So you are just going to ignore me now since we broke up?".....ME: Yeah that was the point of breaking up. Good call on breaking up BTW. Life is good, hope it is on your end too. Take care. (Ex fiance sent that to me after 3 months, while she was seeing another dude that she went out with 3 weeks after we ended a 3 yr relationship).

You control you, she controls her. Take control by not allowing her to toy with your emotions and go NC. Dont even think about texting or calling her.
