Nobody is born with good social skills
You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Well, not completely, but yes, you did help me make my choice.Originally posted by we all eat food
^ thanks to my aim conversation to him
my main topic to him was
JUST LET GO!
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

No, it's learned, now some people might learn faster then others, but that's a whole other thing.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I want to make more friends, but I'm afraid that if I go up to a random person(Especially, guy) and start conversation, I'll say something stupid, they won't like me/think I'm cool enough, or I'll just get flat out rejected.
I don't post much, but anyways.
WTH??????????????????????????????Welcome back to the real world. That does not EVER happen!!!!!!! (maybe once in 3492929 years). I'm alot of different occupations
(e.g student, entrepreneurs, executive director) so I know people from multimillionaire CEO to gangster/druggies. I've met over 200+ people and what you fear has NEVER happened. Not even once.
My conversational skills are non-existant, to add to that, I have a very hard to understand voice and people often misunderstanding me and I don't think people want to be friends with somebody, that they can't even understand. I'm sure you've heard
My conversational decline didn't just start here either, as a boy I was always shy, didn't really like talking to people,
You sound JUST LIKE HOW I WAS. What I suggest is this
1) Toughen yourself up. I really want to lose the nerdy image. "You know, the "ahh he's such a nerd". So what I did was take up martial arts first of all. Don't be afraid to use them if you have to. Its perfectly legal to use skills in self defense. I respect my instructor alot, but I can't really agree with the "use your skills only if your life is threatened "part . You know what, its important you toughen up and remember that you're better than some people.
2) Also, work on some achievement. I'm no good at most sports so atheletics (besides martial arts) was out of question. I've practiced enough to be average but I know I'll never be a football team captain. Focus on your strength.
For me, I was pretty entrepreneurial so I started my own business and non profit organization. I got it going pretty well and people get really surprised when they find out how young I am. Both groups are running successfully with alot of "big names" and great support from the University (e.g. city hall, bunch of other really big clients). It makes me feel good I'm achieving something.
Lastly, I don't agree with the part of finding something you think is fun. It is well intended but for me it didn't work. That didn't help me when I was severely depressed and getting teased everyday. I was good at school but studying never really helped me. It just made me feel more like a nerd.
Study habits wise, I'm still a nerd and proud of it. But right now, I have a hell of alot of confidence and girls aren't even a problem.
