"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

We all know about emo's and goth's. We know of anarchists, and the anti-christ. We know that AFC are confused, and jerks disregard feelings.

Is there a reason to be non conformist? Is being a non conformist, conformist?

Achieving flow in our lives is fun. It creates "perfect moments" that we never seem to forget.

If a room is boring, non-conformism takes its form as "breaking the silence".

Protestors go against political flow.

Most of the non conformity that we experience in our lives is external. We call this "outer game"

How would I go against my "inner flow"?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

in my mind.... going against your "inner flow" WOULD be conforming.

I'm a non conformist in myself. I do what i want to do, with little to no regard for what's "cool" or "hip" "politically correct". Plain and simply, I just don't give a fvck.

People who claim to be a non conformist only because they attend rallies or wear goth or like anarchy are mostly just posers fitting into a lifestyle that is considered edgy. The real nonconformists just do as they please and don't care about what everyone else is doing.

My "inner flow" is AFC. By visiting this site, and wanting to change, I am conforming to the external, but non conforming to my internal.

On the outside, if I told you I was a mess, you would believe me. If i told you I was a mess on the inside, you could only take my word for it.

Those points that I put up were only examples. They are methods of living. An AFC lives according to what? A Jerk lives according to what? Emos are? Goth are? I conform to not judging people... So I take a lot of people's words at face value. This means I get the short straw a lot of the time, I get shafted for "following" even though I was simply going with what I believe. People judge my decisions accoring to my actions, when it is only my thoughts I pay attention to.

^^^That is bad for me. I know that. It is my inner flow flow that is talking to me when I "follow" people. It is something that is extremely hard for me to fight.

How do I change that?
