any1 ever been there? I got a month off from school and going there just for some good old vacation. If anybody has been there mind telling me what its like such as the nightlife, the tourism and etc. Thanks HOLLA!

Singapore is cool. Lot's of good night life and some of the most beautiful women you'll see.

I assume you're American (or western)? Even better!

It's always beautiful there too. So green and clean.

The shopping kind of sucks (at least everywhere I went) but the atomsphere is cool.

A lot of cool bars and clubs.
Of course a month is a long time to spend in a place...

Never been personally, but from talking to friends that have visited and lived there, a heads up.

Its nice and clean and orderly, but be very careful. They are extremely strict and there are laws about pretty much anything.

If you're caught spitting gum on the sidewalk, littering, jaywalking, or not flushing a public toilet, that's a fine. I'm pretty sure porn is illegal too.

More serious crimes can and do result in either bare ass canings or execution.

In other words, it seems like a nice, interesting place to visit - just definitely NOT the place to be a rebel.

Singapore sticks out in my memory as the most visually stunning city I've ever seen. Most cities are surrounded by hundreds of miles of suburbs, Singapore is surrounded by public parkland and greenery. Enjoy the bus from the airport to the city, it really gives you a feel for it :) Also the cars people drive over there are just ridiculous.. Almost everyone has a nice car and 1 in 5 is a Mercedez. Just another thing i remembered.

Ok guys I just came back from Singapore and the trip was just amazing!!!!
The weather is perfect, 30 celcious all the time, I lived right in the city's main area with access to everything!!! The Place is so clean and nice, It was so clean that I saw a gumwrapper and I picked it up and put it inside the trash because I thought I would have felt guilty If I just left it there lol. THe people are so NICEE and the girls are HOTTTT!!!!! I had a lasik eye surgery done and its all going good too. By the way I plan on going to the university over there for college! ANybody go to NUV ???? Thanks
