god i hate ****blockers

there is one at my work, a freaking total prick. When he starts waying **** i usually tell him to F8ck off or get the hell out of my way or wutever but he says **** behind everyones back, including **** blocking. I was gameing a couple hostesses (i know you say not to do it at work, but it does not matter since im going to another kitchen in 2 weeks, so i thought why not). Anyway i'll say some C&F, like if they catch me changing i'd be like "jeez sneaking in to watch me change, i usually charge money for that, guess you get a freeby....this time" or wutever. So anyway it will go fine, but then tis ****blocker, who is 24 and has no intention of picking them up will say **** to shoot me, or any other guy down. Its ****ing pissing me off.

like one example, this girl is 16 im 18 so he is listening in when we were talking about our age and says to her... "your 16, omg your younge, this guy is like a petefile around your, dont you kinda seem wierded out?" and i'll say to him in a joking matter (so it does not look like im botered by it) ...."your 24, wtf does that make your then".....and then he replies "i have a gf you stupid ****, man your gay" and walks off. I really wanna punch him in the freakintg face, and i think i might when my time is almost done there.

How is this guy ****blocking you? Is he playfully disrespecting you? Is he just being plain insulting? Are the girls paying attention to him when he goes on a rant?

If he's playfully disrespecting you, take him aside and tell him to keep his mouth shut.

If he's being insulting, insult him in a manner akin to the Victorian-era rich dumping crap on the multitudious poor. Say things back that make him appear to be a lesser human being -like riff raff.

If the girls aren't paying attention to him, then the ****block is in your head.

Sounds to me like hes jealous. Think about it, a 24 year old trying to ruin an 18 year olds chances with girls. Sounds to me like hes tryin to get them and they arent taking what hes got.

Trust me, I had a friend that was mad jealous and f*cked up my chances with these two hot girls. In their minds, if they cant have them, nobody he knows can have them. Its like a territorial thing. He might of talked to them once or something, so he thinks their his or some stupid sh*t.

Anyways, next time he does something like that in front of the girls, just be like listen man, just because this beautiful girl is talking to me and not you, doesnt mean you should try messing things up out of your own jealousy. I gaurantee, the girl will look at him like hes a coward, and trust me...girls talk....pretty soon every girl in there will know what type of guy he is and then they really wont want anything to do with him!!

yeah he does both with his insults. Everybody in the back hates him and we think were gonna try and get him fired cause sometimes he's downright insulting. the girls in the front like him cause he's Very ****y and appears confident. but its in a very negative manner so even if he does attract girls, there is no freaking way they would stay with him with his ****ty attitude.
