"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You're perfect if 155 was all muscle. Unfortunately I'm not going to repeat the same thing as this is a good case, go read DIESEL's Cutting Guide. After spending three month of time on it, you will come back and give me 100$ and a hug. :) :p

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

That's a great job of further raising your post count without addressing his question Saine. Impressive.

Regarding your abs pedro.

Nothing too fancy. Maybe some bent knee leg raises on the Roman chair, perform slowly and with control. You could also perform some kind of crunch move - don't come up more than 30 degrees as you will start to use your hip flexors rather than your abs at that point. Again, slow and controlled, try 3-5 seconds up and the same down, cross your hands over your chest. Your neck may have been hurting, partly because it needs strengthening - which will come in time and also if you are performing the movement too fast and coming up too far, possibly also if your hands are behind your head and therefore pulling on your neck.

Try some Russian Twists for the obligues. Sit on a mat, legs out in front with knees on the floor and legs bent. Hold a light ball of some sort, turn to one side, let the ball drop and bounce, catch it then slowly turn to the other side. By dropping and then catching the ball it will stop you going too fast from side to side.

Focus on lower reps for these exercises. Most people do way too many reps for abs. Up to 15 reps max should do it, 5-10 is also very good when executing the movement slowly as I have outlined. Two to three sets per exercise

Don't forget some dorsal raises (hyperextensions) on the mat to strengthen your low back. You don't want to create strength imbalances.

That do ya Pedro?

(PS, Happy Birthday Metal)

Why would that help him in his ab quest?

If you seriously need help, just read it and try DIESEL's cutting guide. If you're not gonna do it and follow Templeton's, then by all means, go ahead. I'll even chuck in something:

Saine, your contribution to this board is minimal (from what I have seen). You clearly know little about training - or you choose not to show what you might actually know - yet you continue to flood the board with fluff posts and just confuse the hell out of these guys. It's painful to go through some of this stuff on here and filter out your crap. Seven or eight hundred posts in a month or so? Get a life. That link you put up was the first thing of value I have seen you post. How about more useful stuff like that rather than posting on every thread merely for the sake of it? Sorry dude, I don't mean to be too harsh but if we had more useful links and info rather than the fluff we would all benefit.

To the matter at hand:

It's not just about lowering bodyfat to reveal a "six pack", what about strengthening the muscles of the rectus and transversus abdomen? Functional strength and stability if you will. Dieting down won't do this, you need to work the abs as Pedro said he wanted to do. Would you stop working your chest and just cut up to reveal whatever musculature you already have there?

Diesel's cutting guide is solid but it's another issue.
