That article was ON POINT!! This is something that I have been trying to improve on myself. Not that I am a shy guy, but really was always in a hurry and rushed. For that, I missed the finer details in life. Along with eye contact I slowed my walk down trying not to miss the finer things in life. Good looking directing us to the article!

Yeh good read, I'm going to apply this from now on, I don't think I hold eye contact enough with people, even though when i'm blatantly lying thats the first thing I think of, hold eye contact with them for about 5 seconds after you've said what you've said.

Great article. Very powerful stuff for sure. When speaking with women, I usually try to look into their eyes the entire time, with men, sometimes, sometimes not, depends how well I know him.

How long do you guys hold eye contact?
