"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Woman Jailed for Texting Threats to Herself

With a former girlfriend like this, who needs enemies?

Consider the 25-year-old Southern California woman sentenced to a year in jail Friday after being convicted of sending hundreds of threatening text messages to herself — in a bid to get her former boyfriend and his sister-in-law arrested by blaming them as the authors.

Jeanne Manunga had reported the texts she was sending to herself to three different police departments following her 2008 breakup. Orange County prosecutors told the Orange County Register that the defendant used a pre-paid cell phone she purchased in her former boyfriend’s sister-in-law’s name to send herself the texts.

The former boyfriend was arrested once and his sister-in-law three times. Superior Court Judge Patrick H. Donahue ordered the defendant to pay the victims $50,000 in restitution.

The authorities cracked the case after the victims tracked down where Manunga purchased the pre-paid phone.

A jury convicted Manunga in May of three counts of felony false imprisonment by fraud and two misdemeanors for filing false police reports.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

To me, this is disturbing. You've got to do the police work yourself if some psycho nut job tries to frame you?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

wonder how long her stay in jail will be?
In cases like these, they usually only serve 1/3 or 1/4 of their sentence behind bars. The rest is in halfway houses and on parole or mandatory volunteering.

So probably will only serve 3-4 months behind bars, then out on conditional parole.

that's what isn't fair. people this crazy, who are walking around outside in the world ...waiting to frame another ex....call themselves victims... go through extreme measures to punish an ex just for being an ex... they don't deserve to get out of jail because of the way they threaten the well being of others.
she should get released into a lifetime mental institution.

There should be heavy heavy penalties for framing other people (i.e. rape cases). That is the worst kind of injustice because you tried to send an innocent person to jail.
