“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I know glycergrow is effective on increasing strength and endurance, but would it help bulking at all? Do the extra reps really make a big difference or would it be a waste of time. BTW i'm eating a 1:1 ratio of weight : protien(g). It also helps with fat % im pretty sure, but not 100%.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It just helps pump more fluid into your muscles.
This is still a throwback from the old day of professional bodybuilding misinformation. In which they would tell competing professional BBers that thier Client was always pumped up from intravenous Glycerol.
Ever since then manufacturers have tried every conceivable formula to make that deception true.
I wouldn't waste my money on it.

Try the other controlled labs products such as green mag, white flood and purple wraath to stack with the glycerglow. Go to forum.bodybuilding.com and search glycerglow. Im about to buy all these products, they seem like their pretty solid products. Throw in some whey and a multi and you should be set.

I think glycerol can be used to postworkout to help restore muscle glycogen when you're really trying to cut out all carbs during a cut/recomp.

I've used CL PURPLE WRAATH and i'm almost done with it. Cant say the true results off of it, but workouts are always good with it, and I'm usually a little vainier.

There usually isnt a day I have a really bad workout and they all go well, so its hard for me to gauge sometimes how well a product works.

All you can do is try them, if they work they work, if they dont they dont. Test it for yourself.

I do the same. Sometimes a product really interests me so I give it a shot.

But most the time I take nothing, and rely on plain old food, my multi, fish, flax and green tea. And I can promise you that I look better than 90% of the people at my gym, and some who prob pop 6 different bodybuilding supps as well. I've said it before, and i'll say it again. A supplement alone, WILL NOT determine the outcome of things. You could take them all, but if everything else sucks, they wont do any good.

I mentioned this in that supplement question thread about... I bought, X, Y, Z and how should I take them, yet he has just started working out.

Supplements are NOT an easy way, or way out. You still have to do stuff. Its like when I hear... Dude, the guys on roids I have no respect for. Hey, I dont do them, but they dont get like that JUST by shooting the juice. If it was that easy, we'd all be doing it.

Point being, make sure you aren't stacking 3 or 4 supps and then wussing out on everything else.
