“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I think that's absolute bloody rubbish, otherwise glutamine would be like gold dust, as it happens it's one of the cheapest supplements out there.

However, I'm a fan of l-glutamine and I do believe that you need a big dose to get the benefits though, since it only really becomes effective when you need to recover from really hard workouts, where a mere 5g of anything isn't going to help you (except CEE).

I add 5-10g of glutamine to my protein shakes, of which I have 3 a day minimum (plus a double dose pwo), and yes, I've noticed a difference between taking such a high dose and not, although I do train with rest-pauses and widowmakers.

Try not taking any glutamine at all and compare it with taking your 15-20g, if you don't notice a difference then you really don't need the stuff, save the money and buy more food or protein powder.
