i know i'm about to get gunned down.. but.. are there any circumstances where if you've started seeing a girl and you've messed up with after a couple dates (acting afc or called too much/acting desperate/got angry with her/told her off) and she's passionate and so is her family about something say tennis and you went to a prestigious tennis event like the US open in flushing meadow and got a free souvenir. would it be just too creepy if you posted her the free gift as an xmas present as a peace offering?

would under any circumstances would it appear sweet and thoughtful as oppose to creepy and stalkerish?

i know you're not suppose to buy gifts to get a woman's approval but i haven't paid for it, it was free. i think her family would appreciate it as a great present but if i include a letter it'll just seem too 'love' letter infatuated stalker i was thinking.
