Is it just me or you guys have also realised that when you meet a chick, and after talking to her for a few minutes, or after texting a bit back and forth and she doesnt ask what you do for a living you never get the lay? you may not even get a date.

I just realised some weeks ago. Its like the final IL indicator. However, it does not mean that if she asks you, then it means she has huge IL, nope. It's just that if she doesn't ask you in the begining, it means she is just not into you.

I think all the girls I banged asked me this in the early stages (before the first date, or during the first date), and the ones that were not interested never asked.

Nah, when girls like me a LOT they usually don't care to ask any questions at all! They just agree and follow whatever I say or do. It's incredible, but that's how I know the iron's burning hot! However, many questions pop up after I've had my way with them...

When the job question arises, it's usually because there's no excitement. My experience is this: girls prefer getting to know you through feelings and experiences, rather than getting to know you through conversation.

Thats beside the point. Reverse it and it sounds like im thinking in my head wether or nor she works out. Onviously i want her to workout daily, but why mess with it if the shyt is going fine.

Interesting observation, OP. I'm not sure if true or not 'cause I've never noticed. However, I will be more observant in the future.

My gut instinct would tell me that a girl doesn't ask what your occupation is if 1) she's not interested in you, or 2) she's really interested in you (so interested that she doesn't care what you do.)

What do you do for a living is both a qualifying question and just a conversation piece. It's an inevitable question. I don't know of any girl I dated that I didn't ask this question.

I have a knack for talking about the most bizarre and random things, so for her over the years, when a girl tries to ask those qualifying questions its usually a sign that shes interested.

The trick never tell em anything about yourself first up, the more work shes willing to do to find out, the more interest she has.
