Girls that act rude/nasty but actually interested

Anyone had situations with girls that come across rude/nasty but you later found out they were interested? Met this girl a few times in social circle and once had a chance to talk to her more she was super *****y.. But, I think she is just socially awkward and actually was into me and just didn't want to "Show" her interest. In reality, I wasn't that attracted to her so I never tested out the theory but just thinking about some other situations with a "friend" who was kind of nasty attitude sometimes to me but she admitted that she had a think for me (again, wasn't interested so I rejected her).

Thinking there is a certain type of girl that uses that kind of attitude as a test or something to see how the guy reacts?

Yep, I've had this happen. It turned me off immensely. It shows she is either butthurt that you're not orbiting her, or she is easily influenced by either the group, family, or certain friends. This one girl got disrespectful actually, and she's the one who refused me twice! Go figure Next time, I won't even acknowledge her presence.

This behavior is not cool, and it shows a real childish, shıt character on her behalf. Next these girls without remorse!

there are some women at work who would make sure to ignore me and be unfriendly, and then once they realized i was turned off by their behavior they started to give smiles and be friendly, and they would get even more angry cause they couldnt understand why i wasnt being friendly back to them after being ignored everyday for many months

a part of the problem was my mentality as well, i should have recognized there was some attraction or interest and tried to use it to talk to them instead of thinking they didnt want me and ignore them, women act wierd all the time
