There is a difference between bar/club party attention wh0res, and actually blow-wh0res.

The Party Wh0re is after attention. She dances like she is humping the air, making out with her girlfriend, showing tits. She feels appeased because all of the hooting and hollering is about HER. The attention is on her. For just a few minutes there, she feels like she actually means something.
