There is a nice waitress coming from another country on an exchange.

She eventually come stand next to be and talk about going out etc...

I tell her: what you doing ''at this time (day and place, hour), if you free join me for this event''

She goes '' I am free''... you have my number?

Proceed to giving me her number.

Than, she whisper ''I got a BF, we came together''.

What you think happened?

She's on a the fence? looking for a friend or a party? My approach was solid than weak, so she drop the BF talk?

I am curious if it ever happened to you... the girl moved to give you her number and than she mentions being ''unavailable''.

Maybe just seeing how you'd react. Having a boyfriend doesn't mean **** nowadays. I overheard 2 coworkers talking to each other about me because one of them really likes me. And everyone knows she's got a boyfriend too lmao. Just act as if she didn't say that. That's what I'd do in your position anyway.

Just an update:
Wow been almost a month since she gave me her number.

I sent her 1 text 2 weeks later... a ''hey'' no come back.

1 week later, last minute:
Than I invited her to some party... said she couldnt cause already with friends

Her coworker talked about her BF.

It's likely a ''lets be friend'' and its cool.... we need female friends sometimes to improve Social Value.

Maybe i'll invite her on a double date with my current girl

Your incorrect usage of "than" messed with my reading of this post. In every instance here it should be "then". That's a big difference.

Anyways, either she said it because she put you in the friendzone or she was hinting at wanting to cheat on him with you. How did she say she has a boyfriend? How it's said is important to note.

Ordinarily I'd say that she's looking to upgrade, but since she's an alien, that wouldn't make sense since she would be a short-termer. Of course, she could be looking for a green card (what country?)

However, something doesn't sound right. Exchange students are high-schoolers, and it sounds highly unlikely that a boyfriend woul be coming along for the ride. Perhaps she was a guest worker, and somehow she got the exact terminology wrong? I could see a boyfriend-girlfriend pair of folks getting accepted as guest workers at the same location.

But she could be lying about all of this. I suppose you could pursue to bust a nut, but she sounds low class.
