Dont think you have to be married in order to live with someone else, but i do think the only imperitive situation where you "have" to is when you want to have children with that woman.

living with a woman should require a necessitous scenario. having children implies marriage, if there's no intent of either, the situation should not be remotely considered.

Even then it's not necessary though she will want it. Sosuavers saying they're red pill AF but having tween fantasies about weddings. Social construct/business arrangement.
