"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I haven't posted in a while since my life has really started coming togeter recently, but I've come across a unique situation that calls for some don juan discussion.

First off, the girl in question isn't unattractive, but I'm not really attracted to her since we've been neighbors forever. Her dad helped me get a new position where he works as probably the most important man in the building. He could get me fired any time. This is also a career position paying me 75k per year. I take it incredibly seriously!

So girl in question contacts me wanting to go dancing with me and some friends of hers and I agree just thinking its dancing whatever good practice with women and whatnot. All goes well, I'm entertaining the girls and I want her friend most of all, but I don't do anything because I'm essentially with my bosses daughter. I find the other girl incredibly attractive and she's going somewhere, nice person, we are getting along great and it's flirty. She meets most of my qualifications in a woman I would date. So the dancing ends and we say bye and that we should do it again sometime. I don't get friends # cuz of my bosses daughter.

Now we are going to go again tomorrow and my bosses daughter is obviously into me and I am just casually responding to texts in a not flirty but friendly way cuz that's more how I want this to be. But she will not stop, and I really don't want to piss her off cuz of the whole boss thing.

My plan is really to just go with the flow and friendzone her. Trying to get the friend looks really risky and stupid for me to do frankly since my bosses daughter would probably get pissed off, and then who knows what could happen. My career is far too important to risk in this way.

This board has generally offered great opinions in the past for me so I thought I'd see what you guys can bring to the table in a situation like this. Is my current plan a good one, or do you see any scenario where I could get the friend and keep my bosses daughter happy? I realize that maybe I am sending the wrong message to these girls. If that is the case help me get my ass in line haha.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Bosses Daughter?

75K?

Dude stop hanging around with that girl and her friends, go find some new a$$ these aren't the last girls in the world. With your pay scale i'm sure you won't have a hard time finding something better you just have to try.

Think about it, that girl has told her friends how she feels about you, if she didn't tell them they still know by how she acts. There is no way you are not going to embarrass her. And i'm assuming she put in a good word for you with pops. So you should repay her by allowing her to keep her dignity.

Or...

Fuggit just scam her friend...

Does she ask you to hang out? If not, ask her to chill IN A GROUP and tell her to bring her friend along. Make sure she knows that you are not asking her out on a date. No need to friendzone her directly or ruin anything with her. Keep her as a friend, be nice to her, just don't flirt with her.

Then talk to the friend, flirt, escalate, get her number this time. Then get that other girl along one-on-one.

I would listen to Sgt. on this one.

Stop hanging around these girls altogether.

Keep the bosses daughter at a distance but be nice and friendly to her.

Find other girls to fvck, you have money so it wont be difficult especially if you have game.

Enjoy the 75k.

Don't sh!t where you eat. Be friendly but unavailable to the bosses daughter and chase skirt elsewhere.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

"I used to have a good job making 75K, but I couldn't keep my penis in my pants and tried to seduce my boss' daughter friends. Any advice for this?"

Coming soon.

Dude, you already know what to do.
You don't need to ask us. You are posting here on the off-chance some of the posters say: GO FOR IT.

Nay. Nay, I say.

You guys are right and it's what I've been leaning towards all along. I'll go out tomorrow night with them and will let it be from then on. Not worth risking my career.
