"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

So I have known this girl from high school. We had been in the same friends group from time to time but that's just about it.Of course up to that point nothing was going on between us.A couple of years later (that is about 4 months ago) we end up hanging out with a couple of mutual friends. This time it was different however.I'll try not to sound weird or anything but I felt a different vibe this time.I would constantly catch her looking at me with the corner of my eye and notice how she would spend most of her time with me in that group.

Anyway we talked to each other a few times after that and about a month later I told her we should hang out to which she replied yes.She told me she would come with a friend of hers but I decided to go anyway.Turns out her friend couldn't join and had to cancel (which I know for a fact to be true since the transport services in our town were closed that day) and we end up being just me and her.The date was good, she even went out of her way to touch me once or twice, however I was hesitant to make a move because of the fact that we did not plan this like a date would be planned.I end up getting the cheek at the end of the day and made my way home. She texts me a couple of days later and at some point she drops me the friend word.It went something like "you are so right my friend".So thinking that I lost my chance while we were out alone and after reading that I decide to let this one go since I blew off my chance and went NC.

A couple of days ago she texts me out of the blue telling me she had been thinking about me and asks me to hang out.I reply to her telling her that I am full until the end of the week and told her Friday would be a good day to which she agreed. Now I know what to do this time around if we go out alone but my question to you is what if she brings a friend of hers like she intended to do last time?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

If she goes alone, start out the night by making reference to how great of a friend she is. Make her think that you are looking at her as a friend. Get her hamster on overdrive. Then get her somewhere alone and fvck 'your friend'.

If she brings someone along, cut the night short. Say something dumb like you have to go home and care for your dog or it gets depressed. Or go all out and say you have to go walk your goldfish. Then leave.

This could have easily just been a sh1t test, and you could have easily passed it instead of going no contact. Could have already been fvcking her mate.

Don't automatically think that a girl is not attracted to you just because she calls you friend. You have to determine based off her actions not words and she was down for a date and possibly more but you bailed too soon. This could have been her trying to determine how you viewed her as a potential fvck.

And she kissed you on the cheek and went on a date with you, and was still talking to you after you were too soft to smash or make a move? That tells me she definitely was at least somewhat attracted to you. And now she is hitting you up saying she misses you? Dude, just make a move, shes down. If you continue to be hesitant the flame will dissipate and she'll lose attraction and you'll lose your window of opportunity.

Make a move! The worst that can happen is she says no. If she says no, just say you thought she was sending signals, "ooops, my bad' and move on with your life, no harm, no foul.

I think she's going to say yes and I think you should strike sooner than later.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
