"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've been dating a girl I work with for around 4 months now... She's 26, I'm 22 - I was a challenge at first which made her chase me, she was the one to message me and even rang me when I was out to go home with her which I agreed to! After that we went on plenty more dates and things were looking really good, she even told me a few times she loved me when she was drunk, but I started to then become a bit of a wuss. Getting jealous over other guys i'd see her talking to and generally been less of a challenge, possibly seeing her too much and arguing with her more and more especially at the weekends.

But in the past month she still seems interested but we see each other a lot less and now don't stay over at each others houses when previously we would every night. We still have sex quite a lot and she says she never wants to be with me in that way but can't seem to let go of me and still texts me first all the time and constantly talks to me even previously whilst she was at a music festival which showed quite high interest? I don't know if I'm lying myself but I want to make this work and reckon if I became more of a challenge I'd be able to get her interest level peaking like it was before? She constantly tells me how much she fancies me and loves the sex but doesn't want a boyfriend.

Any tips on where to go from here would be much appreciated

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

You already know the answer - just do what you did that worked first, don't change that behaviour. What she tells you about wanting or not wanting a boyfriend is irrelevant, if you keep fvcking her like this she will want you in her life and that's the point.

Also thought about just completely cutting her out of my life, not talking to her or if I do be very challenging in the hope her interest level will rise?
