Ok so recently I've noticed that there's this smoking hot girl living across the street from me. I see her coming in and out of her place from time to time and I've started to notice how attractive she is. How do I approach/get on her radar? Strolling over and knocking the door would probably warrant her calling the cops on me right? 
Don't know where she hangs out etc. so I have no real means of communicating with her.
Should I just forget about her or has anyone been in a similar situation and actually managed to get something like this to work?
