"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hello.

Lately I am seing several girls that broke up with their boyfriends months ago but keep them as friends in FB, keep pictures of them together etc EVENTHOUGH these girls have a new boyfriend now.

I'm kind of dating a girl that keeps her boyfriend as a FB friend, he talks to her sometimes, she keeps two or three pictures of them together etc.
Besides, I have two female friends that do the same thing eventhough they have a new boyfriend from a couple of months.

What do you think? should you tell her to remove the pictures and delete her ex from FB?
it seems nowadays it is pretty difficult to cut all contact with previous relationships.
I would tell her to do that, delete everything from FB and cut all contact with her ex because it is very disrespectul towards me.

Thanks.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

She is almost certainly going to be ****ing him down the road. Save the trouble and get out now or just accept it.

Edit: telling her to remove her exes will cause drama and put you in poor light.

Downgrade them to fvck buddies untill proven worth to be more.

It means dont invest anything psychologically or emotionally in them while having sexual contacts and enjoying the time spent togheter.

Dont treat them harshly or badly just dont invest anything, take for granted that they are very likely simply temporary and at some point you will have to drop them.

Don't call her your girlfriend just yet. Let her earn that title. If she's keeping doors open, so should you. You should expect a surprise, a bad one, down the road, from a girl who keeps ties with exes. Means they are only about 75% broken up. Math-wise, invest another 25% to complete the fun for now until she's all in. If not, it's sayonara.

This.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

She's going to triangulate you when the honeymoon is over and the first bumps in the road appear. This manipulation is to touch the boyish competitor in you and keep you (and him) on your best behaviour.

Win-win situation for her.

There is no way in hell she's going to do that bro. These ex bfs who she talks to and keeps friends on fb have social value that helps her status and image, she's not going to give that up for you or anyone. Even if you become boyfriend/girlfriend she won't give it up. It's good for her image, her ego, her social worth, her feeling, her place.

If you went out with a good looking girl and had pictures of her on FB that increased your value, would you delete it if your current gf said so? Of course not, your social value from it is way more than anything your current girl could offer.

People only care what's good for them, how many people like them, how many people will show up to their funeral. Don't look at it as disrespectful towards you, look at it as human nature.

It could go either way. Personally I think it's stupid to delete FB friends just because the relationship splits, and I'm still friends with my ex's on FB even though I don't talk to them anymore. Every once in a while we may send messages, but I haven't seen some of them in person in years. Hell, I have FB friends I've never met in person and have never talked to, even on FB.

If the split was mutual and there's no hard feelings, what's the big deal? The only reason it's a problem is because most of you are pervs who sleep around, but if you had any integrity this wouldn't even be an issue.

In short, it doesn't necessarily mean anything, but don't discount it entirely. And I'd be pissed if someone told me who I can be friends with on FB.

Hi.

If my gf had dumped me several months ago, I would not keep pictures of her on my FB, and if I had a new girlfriend now at least for three or four months and I wanted it to be serious, I would remove all pics of my ex for sure. Its logical.

If you start a new relationship and it is suposed to be a serious one, it does not make any sense to keep picts with your exes, what the heck? no girl would like or allow you to keep that stuff on FB! it is totally disrespectful.

So many of you say that in this case, a guy should not tell her current girl that she should remove that stuff, why not? I guess because if she keeps it, it is because she has not really ended with her ex, and this means trouble if you want something serious with her.

See this, one of my female friends whom her ex dumped her several months ago, she has new bf now. She keeps pictures with her ex on FB, she has him on whatsapp etc.
She admitted to me that she kind of spies on her ex's FB, checks when he's online, checks who he talks to etc and...she still loves him! oh yeah! it does not matter that she has a new boyfriend now for two months! it does not matter that she ****ed with two other guys.
she also said to me: well, yes, I still have feelings for my ex but I cant tell this to my current boyfriend you know.

What a hypocrite. This new relation she started is just doomed from the begining. But I've seen this same thing with another two female friends of mine.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I don't see any problem with the girl having her ex on Facebook. I don't see any problem with a girl keeping in contact with an ex.

My only objection would be if they still hung around with each other on a 1:1 basis. This is one of those things where you have to determine what the nature of their relationship is before you jump to conclusions. But I don't see just her having him on Facebook as a problem.

"kind of" dating her is not actually dating her. If you bring it up to her she will not delete him or cut any contact with him, and she will have a negative attitude with you. In fact, she will be determined to talk to him more if you do. You shouldn't be to worried about the ex, but think about guys on her friends list that she already fvcked or plans on fvcking that you don't know about.

Some chicks keep their ex's because they got dumped by them and they want to spy on them or for future use dow the road when the going gets tough.

My advice is to start talking and meeting other girls. Even add them to your FB as friends. Use her as an f buddy at best because sonner or later when the ex calls for a booty call, you know where she will be running to.

Personally, i think it's only a big deal if you make it a big deal. Pay it no attention unless she starts to seek them out and chatting to them all the time etc. in this day and age you can never fully split and sever all ties. She prob had pics because she has some fond memories of the time they had, it doesn't mean anything. I have some small tokens I've kept, they are locked away somewhere, not sure where but I'm sure i could find them if i wanted to. If she was sleeping with his pic under her pillow or sommit then yeah, you have a problem but this sounds like nothing.

this 100%!

they may not be meeting or f ccukign behind your back, but while they are there, so is the option and its an open door policy which she dictates, you will know nothing about it.
ex's on FB can be viewed as options and she will hav more than you. she can exercise these options at the click of a mouse and a few keystrokes.
if this relationship was serious and exclusive, she would remove them out of respect.
there will be conversations you will never know about, some of them sexual. as wdw says, invest nothing
