Of course. If she's uneasy about it, embrace it. Tell her you're not bothered by it, and give off the vibe that you're very attracted to her regardless.

You need to make her feel absolutely comfortable at this time. For women, this may be one of THE MOST embarrassing times. Especially if sex is in the picture.

Wear a condom too...and watch where that tongue goes...

The best thing to do is have sex in the shower. I do it with girls on their period, just lift their leg up (given she doesn't weigh too much) and have at it. Lighter girls make this much easier.
