"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Ah yes.. it was only last year I took a chick to a chinese resteraunt and she was receiving txt messages between courses.

I gave her a few chances to appologise or to tell me a good reason why she was on her phone. She didn't appologise and in fact told me 'That was Sam she's ace' and laughed about the message she received.

I couldn't hold it. Another message came in that she started replying to and I just came out with it and said "B*tch." in a nonchalant way to let her know what I was thinking about her and that I'd come to a descision on her.

She said nothing. She didn't know what to think, do or say. She just looked down at the table while I finished my drink, then I took a piss and we split the cost of the bill and that was the end of that!

No need to complicate things - if a girl is acting rude, ignorant or being inconsiderate, let her know what you think of her without showing anger like she's upset you or made you mad. Just call it a day like it's nothing and you couldn't careless.

Just please for my sake let her know you've disqualified her.

Once again, I think that could have been solved during the date.
Even turned it into something to tease her about.
"Do you always talk on the phone on dates?"
Tickle her, something, grab her attention, etc..

Although it does sort of show her interest level and how much you are challenging her...

sign of disrespect.. i mean, when somebody calls me during a date, i kindly put it on silent, and call the person back after...

attention is key...

she had bout 3 calls while she was with me.. first one, ok, didnt mind.. second one, ok .. wtf? third one? good bye...

she knew it was bothering me a little, although i ddint tell her outright the first two times.. live and learn... at least next time if she's ever with me, she'll think twice about it...

maybe it was a test...
she wanted to see if she could get away with being on the phone on a date...

I have to wonder if she realized she was being disrespectful or not.

My point is this particular situation happens a lot and it creates opportunities to be Funny, ****y, Dominate, etc...

Put it on vibrate? Eh I put my ringer on low.
I want the b*tch to know people are calling me.
I want her to know I have friends and a life........

When I am on a date and I get a phone call, I use it to my complete advantage. I'll pick up the phone and if its a girl I'll flirt with her for a moment. Throw out some ****y funny stuff. I end it with "hey I'm out with (insert label here - "This girl" "friend" "girlfriend" "**** buddy" haha etc...") I'm going to have to call you back." I label the girl based on how much she's given into me.

I remember I took a call once while dropping this girl off after a date.
It was this girl I had been trying to get with for a while.
So I talked to her for like 30 seconds and mentioned I was "about to end a date and then I'll call you back."
So I hang up and the girl I was on a date with said "I hope you aren't trying to be a player."
A TOTAL TEST! She was seeing how much dominance she could get, etc...
I replied with a strange look and said something along the lines of
"What???"
So then she shut up and it must have worked well because she told her friend she really liked me. And the next day she flat out said "We are hanging out tonight!"

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

...fransicso, i respect your opinion, tell me how i should handle the situation with this girl? you seem to have more experience then i do in these situations, i've just come out of an LTR, so my game isnt as sharp as it used to be ;/
A guy wrote a book for women about this, it's called "He's just not that into you." Luckily you can at least recognize when to question the viability of relationship (or lack of one).

Coming out of a LTR is difficult because of two things; not being able to let go of the relationship and way too eager to get into another one. You're dealing with the latter. Yeah, it's difficult finding the right woman out there but is it worth putting effort into one that's not working, especially if it hasn't become viable?

I think coming out of a LTR gives you the opportunity to dissect and review what worked and what didn't. You can use this information as a guide when qualifying women. At the same time you need to realistically evaluate whether a woman is interested in you or just interested in passing the time.

Now for your situation, this girl in my opinion does not respect your time. Was her purpose of seeing you to talk on the phone with her friends? Does that make any sense? Now consider whether or not this is her normal mode of operation? Is this worth putting up with? Now for the big question, why do you believe that it would be worthwhile keeping her around? Has she done something to show you that she understands that she made a mistake and she was willing on fixing the situation?

Look, a woman who is truly interested in you will do things to let you know. Ignoring you while she is at your home isn't one of those things, this should be readily apparent. If this is her interest level she's just wasting your time by being there, you could be doing a ton of other more productive things. Would it be so bad to cut your losses with this woman now?

Believe it or not, it's a powerful feeling to next a woman after coming out of a relationship. It shows that you have control over your needs and that you're not desperate enough to choose bad company over no company.
