"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

i'll try to keep this short as possible. one day i got a friend request on myspace from some girl, she's hot...and i couldn't believe she found out about me through social proof. that's a first for me.

we've kept in touch through myspace, and although i had no intentions of hooking up with this girl at first, my thoughts have changed. i thought her friend didn't really ahve interest in me, but the girl i work with says that ..i knew as soon as she saw you, she'd want you...i was like "damn"...

the girl i work with said that her friend has a boyfriend, but is going to break up with him any day now. today at work, the girl insisted on giving me her friends number...

now, this is where i'm at. i have the girls number, now what do i do? i know i should call her eventually, but what do i say? any smart advice? don't flame me lol, because i'm serious about this and don't have much experience at all...

thanks.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

hey its ______ how u doing...? (some fluff talk)
end with: i think we should hang out on ____day , i was going to the movies wanna tag along? maby get a bite to eat afterwards....

if she says no , then say oki no problems talk to ya another time..... then u have the option to next her or wait a week or so to try again....

if she says yes , then have a good time....

and read the dj bible , it will help you understand quite a few stuff about the hole dating scene....
i know its really loooong but just trust me , itl be worth it in the end

i'd say somebody is medling in other peoples buisness. If you think her friend has not interast in you, then your probably right (gut instinct). She eather doen't like her b/f or she REALLY LIKES HIM.

if you judge she has not interast in you, then trust that, what ever her friend tells you, could be motvated by something else.

"i knew as soon as she saw you, she'd want you" sounds like meddling to me.

she hasn't seen me in person, but on myspace...we've been commenting back and forth for a couple weeks now.

this might change things a bit. she posted a comment about dropping by to see me at work several times, and missed me each one...i dunno, that seems like interest to me, so...i really wanna give this a shot.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
