"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Theres this girl I'm intrested in, and when we first met I could tell she found me attractive as soon as she saw me. I used all my Don Juan skills while we hung out through a mutual friend. I called her once and asked her to go out, but she said she had to go to a party but she didn't want to go. Out of my own laziness I told her to call me if she wants to do something. A few months past and she text me on my birthday ..."Happy birthday, I miss you." I responded with maybe we can change that soon and she said that could definetly be possible. The day before we were suppose to go out I called her and the next day I got a text message saying she has too much work to do but she didnt forget and she asked if we could reschedule. I responded with "let me think about it" She said "please?" Then I caved and said "I can't say no to you...hows monday, tuesday, wednesday...how about all three? or is that too forward." She replied "hahaha too forward but good effort no doubt" Then again I was blown off her saying shes got a lot of work to do with a cultural show and that she better see me there. I ended up going because a few other of my girl friends were in the same show. I came up to her afterwards and congratulated her while she gave me a big hug saying "you made it!"...I was still pissed about being blown off and disrespected, so I fleed the scene as soon as possible telling her I'll talk to her later. She's a good girl, the type that likes steady relationships and doesnt fool around. Can somebody help me with my next step?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

She will contact you next, if she wants you...
Saying "I can't say no to you" gave her too much power along with "how about all three".

Exactly.

"I can't say no to you"?

You mean, "you are the only girl i have in my life, i need this badly"?

Not very Don Juan like at all. Being too nice, you have to let her know that you can and will walk out any second.
