"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

This girl ive been seeing for a while more than a year but not exclusive with "might as well be" did something very intrestin lastnight. She normally does not care if i have to leave and go somewhere. But last night i said i had to go see my dad and she kept offering to drive me over there and wait. After about five or six times of saying ill be back in a little while she quit.

She has never done this and it seems that she was trying to make sure i was going there. Then this morning she asked me where my boots were and asked if i even planned on going to work or was going somewhere and made the comment well i shouldnt ask its none of my business anyway.

This is coming from a girl that is always texting "GUY FRIENDS" and feels she sould get to do what she wants without question. But we havnt had sex in about 3 weeks due to the fact of birthcontrol getting off track etc so ive made the comment jokeing that its been a while since ive gotten any when she brings up the subject.

Im thinking maybe since she has not put out in a while and my actions and mood changeing up she might think im out seeing another girl. What do yall think? and she knows i have that option if i want to just make a phone call and go FVck someone.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yeah she probably is a little insecure if you guys haven't had sex in a while and you're joking about it. But she should be eager to please you, especially if you aren't properly exclusive - the good girls I've been with are more than happy to serve when they aren't up for sex, to the extent that one of my plates atm calls her time of the month rhythmic's "bl0wjob week", ha.

Maybe think about giving her some time off, say you're busy working on other things.

You also need to clear up whether or not you are exclusive with this girl "Might as well be" means nothing. Are you free to screw around? Is she? What does she think of that? Are either of you pushing for a relationship?

not really free to screw around. She said she does not and also made the comment if we stoped seeing each other and she saw me with another girl she would be really hurt. Sounds like we are in a relationship. But at the same time she will make comments like "thats why im single" but if we are out in public she will go talk to a guy and ill go find some girls to talk to and she gets mad. she much older than me also.

We recently jus started seeing eachother again after i called her out on a few things and went NC. she contacted me 13 days later and we stared doing this again. But i have not really pushed for a relationship since we spend 90% of our freetime with each other anyway its like we are in one. Prolly something i need to addresse though

Don't address the relationship status with someone who has proven they are incapable of handling it.

  • She says she is single
  • You haven't had sex in three weeks
  • She constantly entertains other men
  • She is much older than you

Tell me again, why you would want to be committed to this girl?
i guess i have the old oneitis. Im not going to start saying she is diffrent than others blah blah blah. Because we all know women can appear diffrent on the surface but deep down they are all the same creatures. we just tend to focus on whats on the surface and thats what im doing i guess. Maybe the best way out is to put that on the table like you worded it and tell her her actions are disrespectfull and i wont have them and we are either in a relationship or not. im sure that would wig her out and she would leave

Everything other than "i have not really pushed for a relationship" here is a giant, full-mast red flag. This situation either needs a drastic overhaul or a swift kick into touch.

The girl clearly doesn't have her head screwed on straight, even by female standards, and you're not particularly invested in this - Stop spending your free time with her. Whittle it down to a very small amount of time spent with her if you're that interested in keeping her around. Get busy with other, more productive things, because this whole situation sounds like a destructive headfvck.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

You are going to use what I suggested to push for a relationship?

I think you need to reread my post. WHY would you want to be in a relationship with her?

If nothing else, you should only keep her around for fvking and go find better options.
Yeh, sorry didnt read through your whole post. Thats good advice tho. think i might take it and just keep her on the side for aslong as i can

Danger is pretty much saying the same thing. But i have to agree. There has been plenty of time for a relationship to evolve out of this especially with all the time we have spent with eachother and if it hasnt happend yet it aint gonna happen i guess. Plus she does seem unstable when you look at all of it i guess. Just worried about what i would do with all that time and my feelings because i really do like her and enjoy the time we spend togther.

1. If your feelings are that dependent on a woman to start with, you have a huge problem there. Especially a woman who isn't giving you want you want. Nightmare situation!

2. Worried about what you'd do with the time?? Most people would give anything for more free time!!! Start learning a new skill, or sharpen those you already have. Learn a new language or a musical instrument. Work out, give yourself the physical edge over other guys. Read a load of books. Spend time with other women - MEET other women. All of this can be done morning, noon and night.

Yeah, you'll take an emotional hit by detaching yourself from this situation, but you'll come out much, much stronger, especially if you use all this free time wisely.

Normally I'd say keep her around. But if you're actually dependent on this woman for happiness, she has to go - at least until you can stand on your own two feet, hold your head up and say "I don't need anyone". If it so happened that you achieved this and she hasn't found another guy, she'll want you more then anyway.
