You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

Your fault is allowing what she's said to phase you. As a DJ you can get any girl you want and can care less what she thinks of you. You shoudnt have apologized because if you held the frame that shes in the wrong, then that's what she'll take as reality.
If shes been "super unresponsive" to texts, then you are texting her too often. You need to freeze her out for a week or two and go after other girls.
If she's a dime, then she likely has guys lined up begging for sex. And if you provide her with lame sex, she's not gonna keep coming back. Unfortunately the point of booty calls is for both parties to get off, so essentially your 'relationship' with her is strictly physical.
From my experience its bad to text booty calls frequently. It's okay to flirt with her once in a while or whatever, but don't hit them up to hangout more than like once a week (because you are a high value man and have other girls and need to split your time amongst them)
