"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

This girl I'm seeing now seems to keep in touch with all of her ex's. One of them talked with her on the phone for about 3 hours, and asked her out the other day. I don't think he has another chance with her. I'm the jealous type but I do not want the girl to know that. I just got off the phone with her and she was hanging out with one of her ex's and a few other people. I don't think I can stop this but how do I start up a conversation about it without sounding jealous about it. I trust her, but just in case I got have a back-up girl. Please respond.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

umm you can either talk to her about it , or you can do the same back at her and make her understand how innapropriate it is.... then have a talk about not hanging so much out with old ex`s...

but it can also backfire , and make her think that your gonna do something , like cheat or sumthing and then push her into cheating with her ex so she can have some revenge... but who knows if u play your cards right , shell understand....

She does say she still has feelings for her ex's. She also says she wants to be more serious and she hooked up with one of her ex's sunday. So I'm not sure if I want to see her any more. She's going to a movie this weekend with her friend who has a boyfriend and another guy is going. She said it isn't a date and asked me if she could still go; I said yes but now I don't want her to. I'm not sure if I trust her or not. I guess I'll tell her what Morphiex said. Any suggestions?

It's probably a little confusing.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

saying hi in passing or if they message her or something in a friendly way is one thing,

talking on the phone three hours is another.

dude, no one should be on the phone that long with an ex.

penkitten: I don't think anyone should talk on the phone that long period.

I'm gonna keep her for now and start dating some other girls too and see how everything works out. Thanks for the comments though.

sounds like what she is doing with you also.
it took a long time for me to grow up and realise when people are stringing you along, and this is one of those times. as long as you are aware and dont get caught off guard, you will be ok and can have fun with it while it lasts.

Everywhere you want to be.... I'm like a Visa card
be firm. tell her its u or them. say if she wants to be with u, its gotta be focused on u. relationships are partnerships, not group efforts. if she doesnt comply, let her go. she can add another ex to her seemingly large list. :D

Ace of Flames: I tried that last night. She said she was hanging out with 2 of her ex's, at the same time, today to listen to them play guitar.

I like her, but should I let her go for that? She might just be playing me like I'm trying to do her. She say's she is friends with all of her ex's. She's won't even touch my **** except over my jeans. Would it be bad to tell her to not see other guys while I see other girls?

Edit: I tell her a couple of times every time I see her to not do anything with other guys or else she won't see me again. So I'll see what she says tomorrow about what she did today.

tell her its the exs or you and if she continues to go hang out with them, not to bother to call you anymore you do not have time for little baby games.

If she gets upset over me saying this, I just move on?
then tell her its the end of disscussion, stop playing games, and if she cares about you or the relationship she will stop going to hang out with ex boyfriends .

if she still acts upset then tell her to go bang her little ex boyfriends and dont let the door hit her on the ass.

shes going to get upset and then when you tell her to go bang her little ex bfs and dont let the door hit her on the way out, she will stomp off and call you names.

how dare you not let her have friends, is what she will tell people.

when someone says something to you about it, tell them right out, " no gf of mine needs to play games and go hang out all nite with ex bfs . that is lame. is she wants to be with them so bad, good riddens."

this girl is cunning and will try to make herself seem sweet and make you look like the bad guy for dumping her.

but lets cut the crap, what the heck does she need to be hanging out with ex bfs for? friends my butt, she still likes someone or she would cut her losses when they broke up.

At this point, quit investing your feelings with her.

3 hours on the phone with SOME OTHER GUY? And how do you know she's not messing around with them?

Don't say anything. Just get some sexual experience, that's the only thing this girl is good for.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
