So I have a new make-out buddy. She is a cool girl and a good kisser. We have hung out together twice and everything is cool except...she is very kino shy. She refuses to touch me! We walk side by side and I put my arm around her, she just keeps walking without touching me. I hug and kiss her and run my hands over her body, but she never reciprocates.

I know she likes me but I am having trouble understanding where her head is at. I have never dealt with a girl like this. What should I do?

Sometimes make-out buddies don't like holding hands, etc because it suggests there's something more. Next time you're making out, go for her neck and ears. Kiss her neck slowly, and nibble it. Be sure she can feel your breath. Same with her ears, but be gentle. She must feel your breathing, but don't BLOW in her ear FFS . If she likes it she might do the same to you. Becoming a better kisser might encourage some kino.

I would have to say ALL OF THE ABOVE sometimes.

I agree with TITS - I've been with a girl like this. Basically.. DO NOT consider her relationship material. Use this girl as a "make out" partner and go for other girls at the same time that reciprocate/value your time/energy.
