"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I never mentioned the word date to her, and I fear I am looking into this too much. Anyway I knew she was meeting her friend earlier in the day and I was slightly annoyed though when she asked if her friend could "come because she's really bored". I kind of said no at first but then changed my mind. Anyway it all went fine and it was actually quite fun, no one was a third wheel e.t.c. Then he friend left and it was just me and her alone for an hour or 2, I'm kind of confused because It feels like im being friendzoned while at the same time it feels like (bodylanguage wise) she is into me its contradictory behaviour and well...girls are damned confusing. But at the same time she laughs at all my jokes plays with her hair touches / licks her lips a lot. fyi this is our '2nd' date but we couldn't see eachother for a while (3 months) due to life problems from both of us.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

If you went for a kiss, this would have been much less confusing, no?

That way, you're getting a real response to "does she want me" instead of reading body language and all that crap.

I wouldn't worry too much about her bringing the friend. Chicks are fvcked in the head and she was just scared to meet you alone.
The fact the friend left you two alone is a great signal.
Schedule a second date ASAP. But insist no chaperones this time!
