A. Completely dismiss her and don't look back

B. Get together, f*ck and treat her like a wh*re and then kick her to the curb

B is an option because she finally apologized with an excuse which I'm not buying
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You really didn't give a lot of details to go on. But if she is blowing you off, this means she's just not into you. Her apology was probably just something she fabricated to get you off her azz. She told you what you wanted to hear so she didn't have to listen to you anymore. It diffused the situation.

But the real issue here is about how you handle rejection. Your option B is pathetic. Do you really need to treat somebody like schitt to make yourself feel better? If you do, then you need to work on YOU.
