"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

There is this girl that I know from school and work and we talk once and a while , but lately she is acting different by flirting around with me and some kino. Today when we had a break we sat and ate lunch and she kept going on and on about her boyfriend which I never knew she had and I just kept changing the subject and not responding to her boyfriend issues at all. But during the conversation she said that her girlfriend said that there are more fish in the sea.The next day in class she said estaticaly she had a wonderufll conversation with me yesterday!. Which wasnt really true...

Is she just messing around with me and using me to fill her emotions or whatever? Did I handle the conversation right?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

See, what you did was you kind of let this girl run your head into the ground with her boyfriend nonsense. She is messing with you. Basically, she almost has turned you into one of her girlfriend guyfriends. I'd say that your 80% of the way to becoming just that. The next time she decides to sit next to you and talk about her personal boyfriend matters say this " What was that? I wasn't paying attention, I was too busy thinking of a way to take these two hot women to the movies without them fighting over me!!".....You could have also said " Sorry to cut this convo short, but I got to go hang out with the guys, bye." You could have chosen the ****y and funny route (quote 1). or the I have a life route (quote 2). Never make it a priority to listen to a girl talk about other guys that you could least care about. So, for now, move on. If she's "available" in the future, let us know.

STOP!! IN THE NAME OF LOVE!!! (wow that made me feel old)

dude, call me crazy but is it not a good thing when kino and flirting increase?

your doing ok with the boyfriend stuff, just ignore anything she says about him. An easy way if she keeps doing it is just start talking to someone else, make it plain that your not listening. I have a feeling that the reason she brought him up was an attempt to make you feel jealous. Good example of testing. The more fish in the sea comment is a good sign to me.

I can't tell you for sure, since I don't know all the details, but i'd say your doing alright. Don't become her tampon and you'll be fine.
