Ghosting one dominant frame for another. Be like water?

Are there any examples you guys can think of where you ghost one dominant frame for another and be like water?

Example: If you are strutting around a forum like c0ck of the walk but other dominant frames get in their feelings about it and report you. Is it better to just stay with that adopted frame or ghost it to the orphanage for another to keep the peace but still be holding a new dominant frame? Would that even be considered dominant?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
